FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request your RSVP by April 27th so that we have an accurate headcount to provide to our vendors.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The gate will be opened at 5 pm. The ceremony begins at 6 pm, at which time the gates will be closed until after the ceremony. Late parties will not be allowed entry to avoid interruptions during our ceremony but may join us for the reception, with no exceptions.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

For each party, we have allotted a certain number of seats. Do not exceed this count, but if your invite says "Guest," bring whomever you would like to join.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

All invited children are included in your invitation. This is not an adult-only ceremony.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We highly recommend renting an Airbnb, as there are some extremely cool options in this city. However, if you prefer a hotel, we recommend the SureStay Plus by Best Western as it is only ten minutes away from the location and a safe and clean option.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our vendor should have food options for every guest, please reach out to Emily with dietary concerns.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The entire event will take place outside. The ground is dirt, so close-toed comfortable shoes are highly recommended.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available on-site, no parking pass is needed. Designated parking will be on the left side of the property, with signage to guide you to the correct area.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, all guests must be responsible for their own transportation and choose a designated driver if needed.

Question

Is there an "open bar" ?

Answer

The alcohol we have is all that we have, so as long as we do not run out, drinks are unlimited. However, there will be no underage drinking permitted and we request that drinking is done in moderation. This space is someone's home, and we expect it to be treated respectfully. Please make your designated driver arrangements before the wedding.
