How do I get cell service?

Answer

For guests who must stay connected over the weekend, renting a satellite phone is an option. Vendor: OE Rentals – oerentals.com Satellite Communications Rental from OER: https://www.oerentals.com/product-category/satellite-communications-rental/ Example: Iridium 9555 Satellite Phone - $99 for 7 days. Only $5/day after. There is a 30 day option. All Iridium Satellite phone rentals from 7 to 30 days include 50 minutes of airtime. • Airtime overages billed at $1.25/minute • Mobile Originated SMS are billed at $0.50per message • Instructions will be included for how to send free SMS to the satellite phone • Calls to other Iridium satellite phones are deducted from airtime allowance or billed at $1.25/minute if you are over the 50minutes • Calls to other non-Iridium satellite phones are billed at $8.00/minute

What meals will be provided?

Answer

Dinner will be provided to all guests Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Please RSVP. Continental Breakfast for Lodge guests Sat & Sun 8-10am Guests and campers will be responsible for all other meals.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We encourage you to bring your favorite beverages. We are providing beer, wine, a couple of cocktail options, soft-drinks, and water for Friday & Saturday evening. There will be a table for sharing booze at the reception. Lets Party!

Are there bathrooms for the campers?

Answer

There is a bathroom building next to the dining hall that includes a shower. You can also knock on the door of any cabin and ask to use the bathroom/shower. All will be welcoming to our friends and family!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes- we will provide a shuttle bus to and from the hotels in Alpine for the wedding on Saturday.

Is parking available at the Lodge?

Answer

Yes - if you choose to drive on your own, parking is available.
