Can we use the discounted hotel rate for a longer stay?

Answer

Yes! To take advantage of the discounted rate for a longer stay, book the default dates first. Then, email ashley@helewai.com with your confirmation number and the dates you’d like to extend. She’ll help you with the extension!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited spacing, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out to Emily or Brandon with any concerns!

Do we need a rental car?

Answer

We highly recommend renting a car for your trip so you can explore Maui at your own pace and discover all its hidden gems. But don't worry if you don't want to—it's not a must. You can also use Uber or taxis for transportation, and we'll be providing transportation on the wedding day, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without any hassle.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Parking is available at the wedding venue if you choose to drive. We have also arranged shuttles from the Hyatt, which will allow you to maximize your fun without worrying about driving!
