Is my flight included in the all inclusive rate?

Answer

Your flight is not included in the all-inclusive rate. Your flight must be booked separately.

Is transportation to and from the airport included in the all-inclusive rate?

Answer

No, you must book your transportation accommodations separately. All transportation accommodations must be booked 10 days in advance prior to your arrival. We will post more information regarding your transportation options soon!

What does the all inclusive include?

Answer

-Hotel accommodations, breakfast, lunch, and dinner at programmed restaurants, alcoholic and non-alcoholic international brands served at the restaurants and bars, shuttle between sister resorts and Quivira Golf Club, selected daily activities organized by the hotel team, high-speed wireless internet access in public areas and in guests’ rooms, and 24-hour suite service.

When do I need to book my room?

Answer

All room reservations at this group rate are due by February 8th, 2025. If you book after the cut-off date, room rates are subject to increase based upon availability. When booking your room, you have the option to pay 1 night or pay in full. MAKE SURE TO USE OUR DISCOUNT CODE WHEN BOOKING (Grijalva25).

Unfortunately due to headcount restraints at our venue, we ask that only named invitees attend the wedding ceremony and reception. Any additional guests are welcome to participate in any other events before and after the wedding!
