When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible but our final RSVP date is Jan. 8, 2024

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3 PM but please arrive early as we will begin the procession a few minutes earlier and the church is VERY on time :)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - formal dress attire for the ceremony - cocktail hour - reception. But a reminder that Mérida is a tropical climate, so please plan for more comfortable formal wear such as linens and breathable wear. Suit jackets, ties/bowties are completely optional, and feel free to remove them if it gets too warm. Also, the reception is in a grassy area, so thicker heels are recommended.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

NO and YES. NO - there will not be transportation from the hotel to the ceremony, ubers/lyfts are very available and may be even walkable depending on your stay location. YES - there will be transportation from the church to the cocktail hour/reception location and then back again after the reception to the main stay hotel (the Hyatt Regency). During the reception, transportation to the main hotel will be available every 30 mins starting at 10 PM.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All are invited to our icebreaker (rompehielo) party the day before and after (tornaboda) party the day after.
