This is the best ice cream in town (don't let the Tawas Bay Fudge Company fool you!) Emilie's favorite flavor is Traverse City Cherry! Jack's favorite flavor is Michigan Pothole!

Marion's Dairy Bar

This is a great Mexican spot right in downtown East Tawas!

Mangos Mexican Cuisine and Tequila Bar

Best dive bar in town. Phenomenal Bloody Mary's!

Barnacle Bill's

Every souvenir or knick-knack you will ever think of/ever need is in this store. Be prepared to fight a crowd!

Mooney's Ben Franklin

This is were we said "I love you" for the first time!

Tawas Point Lighthouse

If you like hiking and getting a good cardio work-out (there's stairs down to the AuSable River) this is a great spot!

Huron-Manistee National Forests Lumberman's Monument Visitor Center

Another cool hiking spot that also has tons of stairs! The bottom is worth it though for the view - the beautiful springs! You can actually hike over to Lumberman's Monument from here (be warned, this is a 3 mile hike!)
