Question
When can I reserve my room?
Answer
The entire lodge and all 12 cabins are reserved for guests attending the wedding. Beginning in May, we will be reaching out to immediate family about reserving a room. On June 1st, everyone will be able to contact Costanoa and reserve a lodge room, cabin or tent at the lodge.

Interested in ‘Glamping it Up' in one of the tents?
Answer
They are absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and come with electric blankets and warm bedding. If you are interested in staying in one of the tents, you may reserve at any time.
Question
Do I need to plan my own dinner for Friday night, November 1st?
Answer
If you are not a part of the immediate family participating in the ceremony (you would know if you are) then yes, we recommend that you arrange your own dinner plans on Friday night, November 1st. We highly recommend the cascade restaurant on site! So delicious.

Will there be Gluten Free/Vegetarian Options throughout the celebrations on November 2nd and the Farewell Brunch on November 3rd?

What will the weather be like? (What do I plan to wear?)
Answer
The first weekend of November is still the tail end of a California summer - just starting to head into Autumn. Likely 70 degrees during the day, and 50 at night. We highly recommend layers! Jackets, shawls, sweaters will come in handy. Most celebrations will be on grass, so wear shoes that you are comfortable wearing on grass (chunky heels better than spikes... if you’re into heels). Both Friday and Saturday night there will be firepits all over the property stocked with logs - if you’re into fire-it’s, bring clothes comfortable for getting cosy outdoors.

We are bringing ours… There are multiple playgrounds and outdoor activities for kids all over the Costanoa Lodge. If bringing children makes your life easier, please bring them! If not bringing children makes your life easier…enjoy a weekend away, and that’s really great too.
