We can’t wait to celebrate!

After moving from Oklahoma to Walla Walla, Godfrey found the public library (of course!) to study. Emiley was there to greet him and pretty soon they found themselves looking forward to their chats.

One day Godfrey gave Emiley his "résumé." Before he left the library she'd given him hers in return. They had their first date that Friday and closed the restaurant talking. They have been talking ever since!

After asking Emiley's parents and their priest for a blessing; Godfrey came into the library one sunny Saturday in February, got down on one knee, and proposed in the place they'd first met.
