Guests have until 11:59 on August 12th, 2026 to make their reservation in the room block. After this, there is no guaranteed rooms and the discounted rate will no longer be available. Please book as soon as possible to ensure you are able to get a room. *Check-in for the hotel is at 3:00pm, but the hotel is aware our guests may be arriving early to get ready for the wedding. They will be doing their best to provide early check-in for our guests if necessary.

Shuttle

Shuttle from hotel to venue (Only applies to guests who are staying at the hotel)

This is the only shuttle that will be available to get guests to the venue from the hotel. If you miss the shuttle from the hotel to the venue, you can also uber to the venue. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will arrive on time if you are not taking the shuttle. Cars cannot be left at the venue overnight.
