Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate our special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. At this time, we’re unable to offer additional guests. If your partner is invited, you’ll see their name included on your invitation.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited venue space, if your child(ren) are not listed on your invitation, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements so you can relax and enjoy the evening with us.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as you can. The final deadline is October 18, 2025. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make exceptions after this date and will need to mark any unanswered RSVPs as ‘no.’ We appreciate your understanding, as we must provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count in a timely manner.

What should I do if I can't make it and have already RSVP'd?

Answer

We’ll miss you! If you’ve RSVP’d ‘attending’ but can no longer join us, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Emilee at 540-244-4396.

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so we recommend arriving by 4:45 PM to allow time to mingle and be seated. Guests arriving after 5:00 PM are asked to wait until the bride, groom, and wedding party have made their entrance before joining us inside.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will not have an open bar, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own beverages.
