Check in for all Cabins is 3pm, feel free to arrive at your own leisure anytime after 3pm! Friday we will all just be hanging out. There are no plans! Fires, games, smores, whatever. Probably a good idea to try to get to bed early for the very early wake up the next day!

Ceremony

We plan to depart from the cabins around 5am. It is a 40-45 minute drive to the Sugarloaf Trailhead. We would recommend flatter shoes or bringing a change of shoes for when you reach the top. The hike isn't too challenging but if you feel you may need some extra time, feel free to head there early! Your invitation to come for the weekend does not mean you have to attend the ceremony! We are excited to spend the weekend celebrating with everyone and do not expect you all to get all dolled up at 4am! If you want to come, great, if not, we do not mind you getting a few extra hours of sleep! Our ceremony will be short and sweet, followed by some pictures. We will cover group photos first so you can all head back to the cabins to get ready for the day, and then have breakfast at the main cabin!
Brunch

Brunch will be served at the Main Cabin once everyone gets back from the Ceremony! Pancakes, sausage, bagels, fruit, mimosa, coffee, etc.
Dinner
5:00 pm

The time for dinner will be pretty loose. We will be grilling out at the Main Cabin. Food will be set out for you to consume at your leisure! No formal sit down necessary.
