Race Day Fun!

1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Racing festive. Business casual. Comfy shoes/heels if you want to walk around (it's a big property with lots to see.) Hats not required! Please RSVP so we know how many people to expect!

The shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn Express Lobby at 12:30 to head to keeneland. This is a fun event for guests who make it in early Friday. We'll reserve seating in the grandstand for everyone to hang and watch the races. Guests are encouraged to wander around and check out the beautiful building and grounds. We will have a shuttle to take people to and from Keeneland from the hotel. Please only RSVP if you are a definite as we are using the RSVP count to purchase tickets. Also! I'll be sending out info on how to get into the races if you're arriving on your own. If you're taking the shuttle from the hotel, we'll have your tickets :)

The Main Party!

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Semi-Formal. Spring time in Kentucky can be very comfortable during the day and a bit chilly at night. Expect a range from 70s during the day to high 50s at night. Also, Dancing shoes :)

The shuttle will depart the Holiday Inn Express at 3:45 to head to the winery. We'll have food and drinks. Be ready to dance! The winery will have wine and wine cocktails that we'll provide. Beer and Liquor will not be available. No ceremony, so we'll be straight to the party! We will have a shuttle to take people to the winery and back.
