What are the Shuttle Bus times?

Answer

Best Western Plus White Bear Country Inn Shuttles to Oak Glen at 3:30pm. Bus leaves hotel at 3:45pm Return shuttles back to hotel at 10:00pm and 11:30pm Water Street Inn of Stillwater (Downtown Stillwater) Shuttles to Oak Glen at 3:30pm. Bus leaves hotel at 3:45pm Return shuttles back to hotel at 11:30pm

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the golf course for wedding guests. Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up first thing in the morning.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail / Semi-Formal. Think fun, bright, springtime! Such as cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks, suits in lighter hues, floral prints, ties in fun patterns.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The reception party will start at 4pm with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

There will be transportation provided on Saturday ONLY for hotels located in downtown Stillwater (by the river) and the White Bear Country Inn. Visit the Hotels page to confirm which hotels will have transportation.

We kindly request no children at our wedding.

Will there be a wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be the evening before. We're excited to celebrate with all of our friends and family on Saturday!
