Rehearsal Dinner

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is casual - the theme is Texas backyard BBQ so come dressed comfortably and in your favorite western-themed wear! There will be parking on-site and to get through any Pebble Beach gate just let them know you are attending an event at Indian Village and use the name Van Buskirk.

There will be appetizers and BBQ to munch on as well as water, sodas, beer, wine and seltzers!

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Limited parking will be available at the church. Additional parking will be available near The Hay’s Place parking - it is NOT the Hays roped off parking lot but the graded empty lot between Lake Forest Road and Stevenson Drive. It is exactly .5 mile from the Stevenson entrance. The shuttle will start running at 3:00 PM and will go every 10 minutes. The last shuttle is at 3:50 PM so please do not miss it! Please let the people at any Pebble Beach gate know you are attending a wedding at the Church in the Forest. Map for the shuttle lot can be found in the FAQ's section.
