What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30 pm to ensure you can comfortably find your seat.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear cocktail formal attire. Summer colors are encouraged, Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. While we love all our children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Can I take photos and videos durning the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos!

How & When should I rsvp?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP before May 2025. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will be inside. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading you to the event! Additionally, please keep in mind that the venue primarily has grass and cement terrain.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first 2 rows on each side at the ceremony for our immediate family and bridal party.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking! Just make sure you pick up your car from the parking garage the next morning if you plan on leaving your vehicle overnight.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on site with easy access to the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will be open from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
