Transportation
3:30 pm - 10:30 pm
We will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the Hampton inn & Suites in Downtown Huntington (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/isphdhx-hampton-suites-huntington-downtown/) and The Chalet Inn and Suites in Centerport (https://www.chaletinnandsuites.com/). Feel free to use our shuttle even if you are not staying at either location. Shuttle will drop off and pick up at the parking lot. Shuttle Schedule: Pick-up: Hampton Inn, Downtown Huntington NY @ 3:30pm Chalet Inn & Suites @ 4:00pm Return shuttle options: Vanderbilt Museum: 7:00pm, 9:00pm and 10:15pm (End of the night)
Ceremony, Cocktails, Dinner and Dancing

Garden Party Formal: Wear formal summer dresses and suits in light and bright hues, and fun hats, sandals and wedges. Think light and breezy!
There is cobblestone and some walking involved so we ask for no stiletto heels. Instead, we suggest wedges or sandals. Guests should arrive at the parking lot and then walk down to the Vanderbilt Mansion. There will be golf carts available to shuttle guests to the mansion who have mobility challenges.
Our Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30. There is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony. Please arrive early.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Hour will start immediately after the ceremony. Guests are free to explore the museum. Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the indoor exhibits. * Please note that due to venue restrictions we are only able to offer an open beer and wine bar. We promise we will have a lot of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
