Absolutely! We will be having yard games as well as a kids table for activities. There will also be quiet rooms available for breastfeeding mothers if needed. We understand everyone is at a different stage in life and we are happy to celebrate with all ages.
We will be serving food buffet style. If you have any food allergies you are concerned about, please let us know and we can check with our caterer regarding ingredients.
There is both free church and street parking for the ceremony. There will be also be free parking at the reception venue and vehicles can be left at the venue until 10 am the next day if needed.
We will be providing a free shuttle service to guests that will be running to and from the venue and hotels from 8:30 pm until 12:30 am. Please use this! We want to encourage people to be safe and avoid driving under the influence. The shuttle seats 16 people at a time.
August House Venue will be available until 12 am.
We will be having a buffet style dinner catered by Four Corners. We plan to have beef brisket and herbed chicken breast with sides of mashed potatoes, cabbage rolls, cheesy hash browns, caesar salad, pasta salad, corn, carrots, and fruit/veggie trays.
We will be having a variety of activities for children and adults including: yard games, a magic mirror photo booth, a kid’s table with coloring supplies, a bucket list questionnaire, and dancing of course!
Your presence is our present! No gifts are necessary. If you choose to bring any, you can bring them to the reception. We will have a card box at the front table. Thank you!
Yes, we will be providing a limited amount of free beverages at the reception immediately following the ceremony. Ask for the bride or groom’s preferred drink!
The ceremony will be indoors at the church. The reception will be indoors at August House Venue but there is a patio and yard at the reception that will be available for activities.
