FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire! We want to see our friends and family looking and feeling their best! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride and bridesmaids such as, white, ivory, cream, blush or any solid shade of pink.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to find parking and your seat… These are regular 60 second minutes and NOT Schoen time.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love children but if possible we would love if you kept them home so you can have the best time possible and not be preoccupied with entertaining them! That being said immediate family may request in advance to bring little ones especially if coming from out of town! This does not necessarily mean 18 and up ! High school aged children are welcome upon the parents discretion and do not require any communication for approval.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by April 30th, 2026 as to comfortably prepare the guest list, catering, and beverage needs. We sincerely apologize if you do not RSVP by this date and your presence will be missed.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you are in a relationship, engaged or married your significant other will be explicitly named on the invitation. If in new relationship after invitations are sent out please add their name as to aid in the seating chart. To ensure there is enough food, drinks, and seating for all guests bringing a non specified plus one after the RSVP date is not permitted. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

Your attendance at our ceremony is gift enough! If you do feel compelled to bring a gift please instead donate to our honeymoon fund in lieu of physical items. If QR codes are not your style please mail all gifts to the return address on your invitation. This is to ensure gifts are not misplaced as no designated area will be assigned.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us! Please drink responsibly as we are required to have security and don’t want to cause a scene or damage to the property.

Question

Should I eat beforehand?

Answer

Appetizers and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served throughout the night but no formal dinner. We suggest eating lunch or a snack prior to arriving.
