Question

HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. We ask that you RSVP by August 31st as we will have to submit a final guest count. Any RSVP after the date listed will unfortunately not be accepted.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accomodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal. We recommend suit/shirt and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans please! Please note guests MUST wear shoes the whole time, so ladies please plan accordingly and bring a change of shoes so you can dance the night away comfortably.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no cell phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Unfortunately, any guest who arrives late will have to wait outside the ceremony location until it is complete.

OPEN BAR OR CASH BAR?

Answer

Due to the policies at our venue, we will be having a cash bar.
