Question

Anything I should be prepared for?

Answer

The bride and groom’s favorite coffee shop will be at the venue during cocktail hour to serve their guest cold brew and signature coffee drinks. To secure time with the bride and groom there will be a money dance to go towards the newlyweds honeymoon and life together.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie or a collared shirt. Please no jeans and avoid shades of white that are reserved for the bride.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. When you RSVP on this website your significant other will be listed with your name if they are invited. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The “Registry” tab is the best place to shop and view our registry here on this website! You can also find it directly on Amazon but those listed items are on our Zola registry as well.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your children, but due to limited space we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children and adult children who are invited “and family” includes all adult children. We hope you understand, and can make accommodations in advance and enjoy a date night!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held outdoors. The Reception will be held indoors. Here is the website to our wedding venue kingscrossingbarn.com so that you can understand plan shoes and accessories accordingly.

Question

Can we take photos and videos on our phones?

Answer

We respectfully ask that all guests keep their phones and cameras away for the ceremony portion of the evening. We invite all of our guests to be fully present with us during the intimate time we begin our married life together. We have hired an amazing photographer, videographer and iphone content creator to capture the ceremony, and we cannot wait to share those photos with you! Please, we encourage you to take all the videos and photos you would like when you arrive at our welcome sign area, during Cocktail Hour and the Reception. The Bride and Groom would LOVE for you to share these photos with them and tag them!

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 1st using the RSVP tab on the menu on this website or by scanning the QR code on your invitation. If we do not receive your RSVP on our website by our specified deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us! Please feel free to RSVP as soon as you decide if you will be attending or not!
