When is the RSVP deadline?

Please respond by April 4th! Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate those who do not RSVP in time.

What if I cannot make it?
Answer
If you RSVP as attending but find that you can no longer make it, we understand; please notify us as soon as possible!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to give yourself enough time to find seating. Join us immediately following the ceremony for the cocktail hour and reception.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking but we will be having a open bar so rideshares or shuttles are advised!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both. The ceremony will be held outdoors, cocktail hour both indoors and outdoors, with a few yard games for entertainment. The reception will be held indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
We have blocked rooms at a discounted rate in East Tampa, please refer to the Travel page. If you are needing more information about the area, please feel free to reach out and we are happy to help!

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Answer
Embrace light, airy fabrics. Flowy dresses, Midi styles, and Pantsuits welcome for women. Men can opt for lightweight blazers, button-down shirts, and chinos. We'd love to see everyone in shades of pink, purple and teal!

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
Florida temperatures in May can get pretty warm but we promise to get you out of the sunshine and into the AC in no time. Accommodations for rain are ready to go as well.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. See you and your plus-one on our big day!

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

When does the wedding end?
Answer
The wedding will be ending around 10pm with a sparkler send of for the bride and groom.
