Question
What Covid precautions will be in place?
Answer
The Inn is completely reserved for our visit (that's 2+ acres to ourselves). We will have a VERY limited amount of people on site. The food will be provided and served by onsite staff, and we will ask all vendors to wear masks while handling food and while in proximity of our event. We will also provide protective materials such as masks and sanitizers. We ask that everyone attending takes precautions close to the event date. We do not want anyone to have to miss our wedding due to a fever or minor symptoms. Keep in mind that our little ones and grandparents will be in attendance, and their safety is more important than having everyone physically attend. If you have any additional requests, concerns, or ideas please let us know.

What time is check in?
Answer
As early as 12pm if the rooms are ready. Latest check in start time should be 3pm. Please check in no later than 5pm.

Can we switch rooms?
Answer
Only if you make the request to the bride and groom early. A list of names associated with each room is due to the Inn before the event date. Last minute changes will not be allowed.

Will meals be provided during my stay?
Answer
Creekside Inn will serve a continental breakfast on Saturday the 10th, as well as the reception dinner starting at around 4pm. On Sunday the 11th, Creekside Inn will serve a 3-course breakfast. Breakfast at the Inn is between 8:30am and 9:30am.

Can I take photos of the event?
Answer
Please put your phones away for the ceremony. A photographer will be on site to capture everything, we do not want to look back at photos and see a bunch of cell phones.

We are going to party hard right?
Answer
Kind of. We will have food, drinks, and games for everyone - but Sedona does have a noise ordinance that starts at 10pm each night. Please keep the noise down to prevent any problems.

Can I smoke?
Answer
There is no smoking inside the Inn, smoking is allowed outside in designated smoking areas only.

Where do I park?
Answer
On site parking will be available for a total of 5 cars (the amount our party should be using). Please do not take separate vehicles if it can be prevented. Sedona has a very strict parking ordinance and does not allow roadside parking or over-night parking in a public lot.

What else should I know about the Inn?
Answer
Housekeeping starts at 10am on the wedding day. You will be offered a full service or a limited service (towels, trash etc.). Once all rooms have been asked and services have been performed as requested by each room, housekeeping will not be available.
