Surprise!

We met on the dating app Hinge and had our first date on June 15, 2023. Since that summer day, we have been inseparable. Emerald fell in love with Shelby's confidence and commitment, while Shelby adores Emerald's overflowing joy and kindness. Emerald proposed to Shelby on Sunday March 3, 2024. On January 29, 2025 we had an intimate wedding at Denman State Park, with perfect weather and heartfelt vows. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. We are overjoyed to now share the news with all of you! We want to say thank you to our officiant Will and his wife Emma, Emerald's high school best friend. We would also like to thank Dani and Hannia, our dear friends, for being there for us on our special day. Lastly, we wish to thank Vinicai, Emerald's God son, for being there as well. We would not have been able to make the day happen without you all!
