Should I find a babysitter?
Answer
We kindly ask that you leave the kids at home unless your kid is in the wedding ceremony or apart of the immediate family. I will let the immediate family know that they can bring their kids.

Should I bring a mask?
Answer
We know that times are weird right now. If you feel uncomfortable without a mask, feel free to bring a mask and wear one. We will not be requiring masks at our wedding.

Should I get a hotel locally?
Answer
We highly recommend that you book a hotel room or Airbnb for the wedding night. The roads home are very curvy and in the middle of no where with little service. If you don’t like to drive at night we wouldn’t recommend trying it. If you plan on having drinks we obviously don’t want you drinking and driving either. It’s better to be safe than sorry is all we have to say. We want everyone to be safe on our wedding night.

What is the dress code?
Answer
This wedding is black tie optional. We encourage dressing up to celebrate our special day. We respectfully ask that you don’t show up in jeans or a t-shirt. Ladies, due to half of the venue being grass I would recommend nice flats or wedges. Thank you!

When should I show up?
Answer
The wedding starts at 4:00pm, but we ask that you arrive about 20-30 mins. before the wedding, so that you have plenty of time to sign in and find a seat.

Wedding gift ideas?
Answer
The only thing we ask for wedding presents is money towards our honey moon in 2022! Anything is greatly appreciated though.

Will you be having an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we ask that you respectfully keep your phones off during the ceremony. I will be happy to send anyone any or all of the pictures from our ceremony taken by our professional photographer, Ashley. I know it is hard to refrain from taking pictures of memories that mean a lot to you, but it will mean more if you give this moment solely to the bride & groom. Thank you for understanding in advance.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Click the “RSVP” link on our wedding page menu & type you name into the box. Select enter and the website will prompt you to select the event you are RSVPing for. Follow the prompts and you will RSVP correctly. Please RSVP in a timely matter as it is very important to know the head count for guests in advance.

What is the address for public parking near the venue if the parking lot is full?
Answer
The address is: 3 Gopher Flat Road, Sutter Creek CA 95685 There will be a shuttle taking people to the venue from the parking lot. The venue recommended this as they do this for all their weddings. It is the post office parking lot down the street.
