Question

Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same location?

Answer

Yes — the ceremony, celebration, and all the love will take place in one beautiful location.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’ll start the celebration with an outdoor ceremony and follow it with an indoor reception — so come prepared for a little fresh air and a lot of fun.

Question

What’s the weather like in late September in Utah?

Answer

While we can’t predict the future (if only!), late September in Utah is usually lovely — sunny, mild, and just starting to feel like fall. Bring a light jacket for the evening chill, just in case the weather decides to surprise us!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 3:30 PM — the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM! If you’re hoping to sneak in 18 holes beforehand, you’ll need an early tee time to be off the green and out of your polo in time to celebrate with us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Cocktail dresses, dress shirts, slacks, and similar attire are encouraged. We kindly ask that you leave white to the bride — but please wear whatever else makes you feel great and ready to celebrate!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

No parking panic necessary! You’ll find a free guest parking lot at the venue — it’s easy, close, and the perfect place to leave your car while you celebrate with us.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly respond by August 8, 2025 to help us plan accordingly for the celebration let us know if we’ll have the joy of celebrating with you.

Question

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

Answer

If your plans shift, just kindly let us know at 801-528-2052 (texting is preferred!). We’ll make the necessary changes to our spreadsheet.

Question

Are there any hotel blocks reserved for guests?

Answer

Yes, we’ve reserved a hotel block for our out-of-town guests. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early. The hotel blocks are at [Hotel Name(s)].

Question

Can we take photos?

Answer

Snap away at the reception — we want all the fun captured! But during the ceremony, we kindly ask that cameras and phones be put away so everyone can be fully present.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible. We're happy to accommodate and ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. If you need any additional assistance on the day, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to say, “the more the merrier,” we’re working with limited space and we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. But trust us — there will be no shortage of lovely company and great conversation!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we adore children, our celebration will be mostly adults-only. If your child is named on the invitation, they are more than welcome — otherwise, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

I have dietary restrictions — how can I let you know?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the food! You can let us know about any dietary needs on the RSVP form on our website — or feel free to send us a quick message at 801-528-2052 (texting is preferred). We’re happy to make sure your plate is perfect for you.

Question

I’ve heard Utah has different alcohol rules — what should I keep in mind?

Answer

Yes — Utah has a lower legal blood alcohol limit for driving than most states: 0.05%. That means even one or two drinks could put you over the limit. If you plan to enjoy the bar, we kindly encourage you to arrange a safe ride. We’d love for you to celebrate with us — and get home safely, too!

Question

Are you registered for gifts?

Answer

We’re just thrilled to celebrate with you —but if you’d like to contribute something special, our registry is linked on the site! If gifting cash feels easier, that’s perfectly okay with us! It helps us build our future — and maybe splurge on matching robes or something equally practical.

Question

Who should I contact if I get lost or confused on the day of?

Answer

If you need help with anything at all on the big day — directions, details, or just a friendly voice — please don’t hesitate to reach out to Bob Emenger- 801-726-9327. He's there to help make things smooth and joyful!

Question

I watched Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and now I need to try the sodas. Where should I go?

Answer

Your TV choices are flawless- Swig is the star of dirty sodas, but Fizz has range.

Question

Are either of you changing your last name?

Answer

No, we’ve decided to keep our own last names — but don’t worry, everything else is fully shared: streaming passwords, playlists, calendars, laughs, custody of our cat, and a home full of love, memories, and (probably) a little cat hair.

Question

Are there nearby attractions or things to do while in town?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ve gathered some of the best spots nearby. Check out the “Things to Do” page on our website for all the fun!

Question

I’d love to explore a bit on Sunday — will everything be closed?

Answer

Not everything, but some local businesses may have limited hours on Sundays. It’s always a good idea to double-check hours in advance if you’re making plans that day.

Question

What if I still have questions, existential or otherwise?

Answer

If your question is about the wedding, we’re happy to answer! Please contact us at 801-528-2052 (texting is preferred!). If it’s about the meaning of life… we’ll do our best (but no promises).
