The dress code is cocktail attire, with ties optional. We want you to be comfortable and feel your best but ask that you please leave the jeans and Halloween costumes at home.

Answer

Ample parking is available at the venue, and a parking attendant will be onsite prior to the ceremony to assist guests with directions.

If traveling from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding venue is approximately 30 minutes from Tulsa and 1.5 hours from Oklahoma City. Both cities have plenty of Hotel and Airbnb options. If you wish to stay near the venue, we recommend searching AirBnbs in the area. Several options are available in Mannford, OK or Cleveland, OK. Both within 15 minutes of the venue Other hotels/motels within a 15-minute drive from the wedding venue: Victorian Inn 50168 Highway Dr Cleveland, OK 74020 Keystone Lake Motel 37017 OK-51 Mannford, OK 74044 Camping/cabins Lake Keystone State Park Have a camper? There might be a place on T-Rise Ranch for overnight accommodations. Please inquire directly with the bride or groom for space.

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Weather permitting, the outdoor grounds will be open for cocktail hour and for guests to enjoy at their leisure.

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. A cocktail hour will follow immediately after, leading into an evening of dinner, dancing, and celebration.

We adore your little ones! However, due to limited space at the venue, we ask that children will be limited to those in the immediate family and guests traveling from overseas.

Due to limited space at the venue, plus-ones will be accommodated as capacity allows. If you would like to bring a guest not listed on your invitation, please reach out to the bride or groom to inquire about availability.

The bride and groom will make their exit at 10:30 PM. We kindly ask that guests depart the property by 11:00 PM in accordance with venue guidelines.
