When, Where, and Parking

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, getting settled, and finding a seat. This way, we can begin on time and you won't miss a moment!

May I bring a Guest/ Date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! We have limitations on how many quests are able to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, so unfortunately we can only accommodate those listed specifically on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the time provided, it will be considered that you have respectfully declined. We will miss you celebrating with us; however we have to respect our venue and provide total guest counts in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this.

Is There a Dress Code?

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please avoid wearing white—save that for the bride!

Food and Fun

Answer

Cocktail hour we will serve an international cheese board, vegetable crudite, and meatballs in a BBQ bade suace. For dinner we will have a buffet style BBQ with pulled pork and chicken, green beans, mac and cheese, coleslaw, salad, and rolls. Beverages will be water, sweet tea, or lemonade, From 6:00-9:00 there will be a Photo Booth available for pictures
