Some recommendations for our out-of-towner guests. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions about your trip. January (Brazil) and July (Italy) are summer and high season months, so we recommend booking flights and hotels early to secure the best rates and availability.

Sao Paulo - The most convenient airport for international guests is Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) in Sao Paulo. Several Uber and taxi options are available to take you directly to your hotel. Rio de Janeiro - Guests may also enjoy visiting Rio de Janeiro before or after the wedding. We will be there some days before the wedding from December 26 -30. Main international airport: Galeao International Airport (GIG). There are multiple daily domestic flights connecting Rio to Sao Paulo (approx. 1 hour).

Italy

Rome - Main airport: Rome Fiumicino (FCO). The best option for guests arriving abroad. Guest may also consider spending some days in Rome. Direct trains run from Rome termini to Ancona Centrale (approx. 3h). We recommend taking a direct train, or renting a car for a scenic drive across the Italian countryside. Alternative airport: Ancona Falconara (AOI). It's the most convenient option for those who don't want to do the train trip .Also connects from other European hubs such Barcelona, Paris, or London. Trenitalia- Website and App to purchase train tickets. Train is the most used in the country and connect all the cities.

Accomodations

Guests are welcome to stay wherever they prefer, but we recommend the areas listed below for convenience and comfort. A wedding shuttle will operate for these areas. In Sao Paulo, we suggest staying near Paulista Avenue or Itaim Bibi, where you will find variety of hotels and restaurants. In Ancona, guests may choose between staying in the city or along the Senigallia beach, both equally beautiful and convenient.
