Please RSVP by February 21st, 2026! Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any RSVPs after this date as we need to provide final numbers to our Vendors. And if you don’t RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to make it and you will be marked as “not attending “. Also, if you know for certain you will not be able to attend please don't hesitate to click "will not attend" so that we may add your invitation to our wait list for others. We appreciate your understanding.
Venue doors will open at 4:00pm. Guests are welcome to arrive then and be seated. Our Wedding Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm! The Venue doors will close at 4:50pm and will remain closed for the duration of the Ceremony. If you arrive later than 4:50pm you will have to remain in the lobby until the ceremony is over. With this in mind, be sure to give yourself plenty of time to park, check in, and take your seat!
There is a larger parking lot and it will be able to accommodate all guests. It will be the main parking lot located to the left side of the Brown Auditorium Building. There will also be Reserved Parking for certain guests only that is located in the front of the Brown Auditorium to the right as soon as you turn into the campus.
We do not have an official wedding registry; however, We are asking primarily for Monetary Gifts but will accept any gift of love from the heart.
YES! The early RSVPs reserved your seats for the wedding day but we need to actually know that you are officially attending so that we can have accurate head counts for our vendors.

Yes, we have registered special room rates by contract that will be ready to be reserved at The Homewood Suites located at 231 Gatewood Blvd, Rocky Mount NC 27804. Go to the Travel link at the top of the wedding website and click view. This hotel is 4 minutes from the venue and located in walking distance from Texas Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, and Lilyann's Steakhouse.
