Question

When should I RSVP that I can make it?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 20th, 2023. We must get a final guest count by then as we need to let our venue coordinator know by then. Please help us by letting us know sooner so we can ensure you have a seat during the biggest day for us!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” by January 20th, 2023, so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-Formal/Black-Tie Formal, please! March 4th is a time that we can get dressed up and party together! For guests, this can mean a cocktail dress to an evening gown for women and a nice suit to a tux for men. The men in the family and wedding party will wear black tuxes, and the bridesmaids and female family members will wear evening gowns. Also, ladies, please reserve green (especially eucalyptus green) for the bridesmaids, as that is the color they will be wearing. To better understand the dress code, please search 'semi-formal wedding attire,' 'formal wedding attire,' or 'black-tie wedding attire.'

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least half an hour (30 minutes) before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Remember, the ceremony will take place promptly at 5:00 p.m., so we would like to ensure that our guests are comfortably seated by then.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones (we do), our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, check out our "Hotel Accommodations" page for more information.

Question

Is there transportation provided between hotels and the venue?

Answer

We do not have a designated transportation system, so please seek a mode of transportation (i.e., rental car or Uber/Lyft). Consider even carpooling with others for a more fun experience!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is an ample amount of parking available. You also do not need to worry about traveling to a different venue since the ceremony and reception are at the same place!

Question

What is the weather typically like during March?

Answer

The weather typically is forecasted to be low to mid-70s as the high and low to mid-40s in the evening. The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be inside. Depending on how you feel about the average temperature, feel free to wear a shawl or light jacket.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/reception?

Answer

During the ceremony, we would prefer an unplugged ceremony. We want you to be present and in the moment with us instead of behind your cameras/phones. We would also like photos from our photographer that do not include cellular devices. ;) During the reception, though, you can take as many pictures as you want and even post them to your social media channels!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Please refer to our registry tab which is directly linked to Amazon. You can look for our names through Amazon as well. :)
