The Denver International Airport is located about two hours from Vail Village. We recommend renting a car or taking a shuttle from the airport. The Eagle County Regional Airport is about 35 minutes from Vail Village. We recommend either renting a car or taking a shuttle from the airport to Vail. Our main wedding block option. Located on the west end of Vail, the Hyatt is a 10 minute walk from our wedding venue and also short walking distance from Lionshead Village. Note: please book by June 1 to secure the discounted rate!

One of the more affordable options across the highway from Vail Village, approximately one mile away from our ceremony and reception venue. Uber/Lyft are options for transportation to and from the venue (though please note that ride share services can be limited in the mountains).

Options are plentiful in and around Vail! If you are going to go with a house/condo rental, we recommend booking early as Labor Day weekend is a popular time to travel to the mountains.
