Important Travel Information
A room block is reserved at Hotel Rehoboth. We will have a shuttle service going to and from the venue for certain hotels.
Shuttle service schedule/locations:
Please note you will have 5 minutes to board the bus upon scheduled arrival time.
3:10PM - Beach Boutique Hotel
3:20PM - Rehoboth Beach private residence on 3rd St.
3:30PM - Ocean Glass Inn (pickup is at Crystal Restaurant Parking area across the street from the hotel.)
3:40PM - Hotel Rehoboth (Lake Ave. Entrance)
Shuttle arrives to the Big Chill Beach Club by 4:00PM. A shuttle will return to the venue at 10:00PM and will depart at 10:10PM for drop offs.
A note for travelers living outside of the Washington Metropolitan area:
There is high congestion traveling around the DC area and to the Eastern Shore during the summer months, especially if you need to cross the Bay Bridge along your travels. If able, arrive to the beach a day beforehand, or travel in the early morning on Friday to avoid heavy traffic.
