What COVID-19 guidelines will you follow?

Answer

Based on the most recent CDC recommendations, anyone who is fully vaccinated (2 weeks past your 2nd dose of Moderna/Pfizer/etc. or 2 weeks past dose of J&J) is not required to wear a face mask. If you have not completed your vaccine series/are not fully vaccinated we strongly recommend you bring a face mask to wear while moving about the reception, but you are welcome to remove it at your own table.

What Should I Wear?

We want you to be comfortable, so our recommendation for a dress code is Dressy Casual. You can certainly dress more formally than that if you wish. The important thing is that you feel great :) We will have a photographer at the event taking candid photos of the celebration if that informs your decision at all!

Will Hotel Booking Change with the new date?

Answer

Yes. Chula Vista's rates are slightly higher for the holiday weekend and you are required to book two nights instead of one. The rates that will change apply only to the Tower Jr. Suite (sleeps 6). On the info sheet included with your invitation, it says the rate for this suite is $209. Due to the holiday weekend, this rate is now $299. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! You're more than welcome to reference the Travel section of the website for other more affordable options in the area.
