These details are better outlined on our Schedule tab, but our wedding ceremony and following reception will both be taking place at the Meadowbrook Inn in Charlestown, Rhode Island on Halloween, October 31st, 2026.
Our ceremony begins at 4pm on the 31st. Please aim to be there by 3:45 to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat. Due to the layout of the ceremony space, all walkways into the event will close at 3:55pm. No late entry to the event will be permitted.
The Bride will be wearing black for the evening, so if femme presenting attendees could follow the dress code suggestion below, that would be much appreciated (THAT MEANS PLEASE DON'T WEAR BLACK DRESSES!) We are aware that our wedding takes place on the evening of Halloween. Please refrain from dressing in costumes and instead contribute to our wedding theme of "Gothic Folklore," encompassing all things dark, foresty, and Autumnal. We would LOVE for you all to embrace our theme by wearing cocktail attire in Fall colors (red, orange, brown, green, purple, navy). Feel free to embrace prints and florals too!
Yes, there is plenty of onsite parking at the Meadowbrook Inn. The parking lot is right when you enter the property and there will be a parking attendant to assist you.
Please ensure you note this on your invitation when the time comes, and we will happily try our best to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
