we're getting married!

It all started in July 2020 when Cooper came across a photo of Emily on social media that their friend had posted for Emily's birthday. Whether Cooper denies or not, it sparked some interest. A few months later, they met for the first time at a friends birthday party, during covid. Very taboo. They talked briefly, and then went their separate ways. Or so Emily thought. Cooper had a plan. He asked Emily's roommate if he could come over and watch the Packers game with her and her now husband, 100% knowing Emily would be home. Oh and he wouldn't come empty handed - he’d bring his grandma’s famous buffalo chicken dip. That night changed everything. Emily didn’t realize it then, but his humor, and tattoo sleeve had already caught her attention (and the dip was delicious). They talked constantly after that. It wasn't long before they decided to take the next step - moving in together. Emily quickly learned that Cooper is great at doing laundry and she is great at watching him do laundry. A perfect match. All jokes aside, it has been the best four years doing life together, from countless ski trips, concerts, summers at the lake, and everything in between. Fast forward to November 2024, Emily and Cooper were going home for an early Thanksgiving with Emily's parents. They spent an afternoon in Malibu as that is their favorite place to visit when going back home. However, this time they had to stop at an airbnb Cooper needed to visit for "work". Soon after arriving, Cooper was on one knee and popped the long awaited question. Little did Emily know her parents and Cooper's parents would be waiting around the corner and they'd all spend the weekend together celebrating, laughing, crying and more crying. The best start to forever! So, many thanks to our friends, the Packers and Granny Lee’s buffalo chicken dip for bringing Emily and Cooper together. Now let's get these two married!
