How do I RSVP / when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once we send out official invitations, you'll have the option to RSVP on the website. Please RSVP as soon as you can! We ask that all RSVPs are submitted by September 18.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, absolutely - welcome AND encouraged! Just be sure to mark them as attending when you RSVP. If we missed anyone or plans change, just reach out to one of us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal / cocktail attire. Think suits, dress shirts with slacks, dresses, or dressy jumpsuits.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle that departs from the DoubleTree hotel at 3:35pm and returns to the hotel after the reception, departing from the venue at 11:15pm. The shuttle will not be making back and forth trips!

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue; however, when the ceremony starts the winery will still be open to the public. It can get very busy and it's possible that there will be difficulty parking. We are offering a shuttle which you can take!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (fingers crossed). Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the reception will be indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer
