We will be staying at the Flamingo Hotel during the wedding weekend, but you are welcome to choose any hotel that works best for you. Las Vegas has a wide range of options on and near the Strip and Fremont Street.
Neither Commonwealth nor Evel Pie has dedicated on-site parking. Both venues are located on Fremont Street and are directly across from one another. Paid parking is available at the Fremont Street Experience Garage (4th & Carson), nearby surface lots (such as 6th Street behind Commonwealth), and surrounding casino garages, including El Cortez (valet available) and Golden Nugget. Limited metered street parking may also be available. Please plan for paid, non-validated parking. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is strongly recommended due to limited availability and high demand in the Downtown area. *We won’t be providing transportation. For your safety, please plan to use rideshare services or carpool if you plan to drink.*
While we can’t guarantee the weather, late September in Las Vegas is typically hot and sunny, with daytime highs around 85–95°F and warmer evenings in the mid-60s to low 70s. It’s usually dry, but we recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, and possibly a light jacket for the evening.
Yes! We’ll take group photos during the ceremony, and then the Bride & Groom will step away for a few private portraits. Guests can enjoy Fremont Street until we meet for dinner.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos with phones or cameras during the 3:00–4:00 PM ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the special moments, and we want everyone to be fully present.
We’ll be celebrating at Evel Pie, dinner and drinks are on us! Guests can enjoy assorted pizzas, wings, garlic knots, and salad. Evel Pie also offers a full bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits. We’ll likely have a cake to share as well.
Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate a specific number of guests. Those who have been given a plus one will see the option when RSVPing. If a plus one is not listed for you, we kindly ask that you do not bring an additional guest. Thank you so much for understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.
Yes, children are welcome to attend both the ceremony and reception! If you’ll be bringing your little one, please be sure to include them on your RSVP. We kindly ask that children remain supervised and celebration-ready 💛
Once the reception dinner wraps up, anyone who wants to keep the party going is welcome to explore Fremont Street with us or join us for karaoke!
We’ll be in Vegas all weekend enjoying our first days as newlyweds! While we don’t have formal group plans beyond the wedding events, we’ll be open to connecting if timing allows.
After dinner at Evel Pie, we’re keeping the celebration going with karaoke at Ninja Karaoke (Make sure to RSVP) We’ll be reserving a private room for three hours. This is an optional, adults-only after party. We’re covering the room rental — Guests are to purchase their own drinks at this venue if they’d like. It’s about a 25-minute walk or 1 mile from Evel Pie, and we plan to head over together. Feel free to use your own transportation if you prefer.
