Hotel:
For those traveling, we've arranged for a hotel block at the beautiful Graduate Hotel in downtown Providence. The block is for both the Friday and Saturday nights.
A room with one king bed is $239 per night.
A room with two king beds is $259 per night.
Please book your room by July 15, 2025. If you do not book by July 15, we cannot guarantee room availability or the special rate. Please see the booking information below.

If you would prefer a different vibe, there are many AirBnBs in Providence, and other hotels (we like ALoft).
Transportation:
The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station.
There will be one bus from the hotel to our venue at 5:30PM, and one bus from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the party at 11PM.
Parking:
For those who wish to drive, there is ample parking at the venue, including spots reserved for those with disabilities.

If you have a car and are staying at the hotel, there is a nearby parking garage. Self-parking is available at the parking garage located just next to the hotel at the Biltmore Garage. Overnight parking for all hotel guests is $34 per night per car; you can discuss payment when you check in at the front desk.
