Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1 pm. Please do your best to arrive 30 minutes before then. We want to ensure everyone has plenty of time to park, say hello to friendly faces, and find their seat!

Should I bring my kids to the reception?

Answer

We invite you to do whatever will help you have the best celebration! We love kiddos and will pinch all the chubby cheeks we can (it helps keep our baby fever at bay!), but we also recognize that watching after little ones can interrupt one's ability to enjoy themselves, so we aren't going to ask you to bring your kids if that is less convenient for you.

How are people getting to the ceremony / reception?

Answer

You will want to drive or take a rideshare to the Ceremony. An Uber should cost ~$12 each way and should be plenty of people with whom to split it if you chose. If you live nearby, we recommend driving to the Ceremony and then to the reception. Parking at Union Station will be $10-15 and overnight parking should be available if you are not able to drive home. If you are visiting from out of town, you can drive if you rent a car, but rideshares are very reasonably priced so we generally recommend that or the free Streetcar to get around.
