Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! If you would like to, you are welcome to. We'd love to meet our loved ones' "loved ones"! Please provide their name when you RSVP so we can ensure we have an accurate guest count.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! If your invitation was addressed to "The ___ Family," know that your children are invited and encouraged to attend. Please provide their names and ages when your RSVP so we can ensure we have an accurate guest count. There will be special meals available for all children under 10. The Lyrical Room, across from the Simone Ballroom on the second floor, will be available for nursing mothers and all children who may need a break from the festivities.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests dress adhere to a formal dress code. Dark suits or tuxes for men, midi- or full-length dresses for women.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive at the ceremony no later than 1:45 p.m. so we can start promptly at 2:00 p.m. The ceremony is anticipated to be approximately 40 minutes.

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please! We want you to enjoy yourself without worries. Let us know when you send your RSVP and we will communicate it with the catering team.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are thrilled to host a welcome party for all guests to mingle on Friday, January 29th Food and beverages will be served. You can find more details on the "Schedule" page and are encouraged to RSVP when submitting your response for the wedding.

What's the weather like in January in Wisconsin?

Answer

The weather can be chilly, snowy, and - at times - icy! Please be careful when traveling. That said, all of our wedding events take place fully indoors. Accommodations have been arranged for you to safely store your coats upon arrival at both spaces.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block reserved at the Saint Kate, where the reception will be held. When booking, please call the reservations department directly at 414-488-0540 and identify yourself with the Topczewski-Schuller Wedding. Rates are available for both double and king rooms.
