This hotel is about 15 minutes form the venue and is surrounded by lots of fun things to do and great places to eat! Please book your stay by Wednesday, September 23, 2026 in order to secure the discounted rate. We will be having a post-wedding breakfast on October 26th at the hotel as well as a final sendoff for everyone who came to celebrate with us! Flight

CAE or CLT

For guests traveling by air, we recommend one of the following airports: Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) The closest airport to our venue and hotel accommodations, located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Columbia. If convenience is your priority, this is the easiest option. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) Located approximately 1½ hours from Columbia, Charlotte offers a larger selection of flights and is often a more economical option for travelers willing to make the drive. Rental cars are available at both airports, if needed.

Shuttle

Columbia Charlotte Shuttle

If you're flying into the Charlotte Airport but would prefer not to rent a car, Columbia Charlotte Shuttle offers convenient transportation between the Charlotte airport and the Columbia area. The shuttle will pick you up from the airport and can take you directly to the hotel. Reservations in advance are highly recommended. In the event that your flight gets delayed, the shuttle service will move your reservation to the next available time. The cost is $79 per person, one-way, and discounted group rates are available for parties of 5 or more traveling together.
