Our Story
Our story started the modern way — on a dating app — and somehow, we both knew it was something special even before our first date. The conversation flowed easily from the start, full of laughs, shared interests, and the kind of connection that just felt right.
Life together has been fun, laughter-filled, and a little chaotic (mostly thanks to our animals). Our home is run by our two dogs, Lizzie and Crow, and our cats, Scampi and Marble. One of our earliest and most important relationship tests was whether the dogs would get along… and thankfully, they’re now completely inseparable.
On Christmas Day, after opening gifts and enjoying a holiday meal with family, Michael proposed to Elyssa in front of her immediate family — proving once and for all that he knows how to handle both big moments and a full audience. We’re so excited for what’s next and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
