Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this night is just for the adults—time to dress up, enjoy a cocktail (or two... or three...), and dance the night away!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 2pm. Please arrive at 1:30pm to ensure you are comfortably seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to follow a semi-formal dress code. To keep our wedding party colours special, we respectfully ask that guests avoid wearing black dresses. We encourage everyone to dress to impress and embrace our mountain-chic aesthetic.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the rooftop patio. The ceremony will be brief but please come prepared with jackets and umbrellas if desired. The reception will take place inside.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available for the ceremony and reception; you can also leave your car overnight at the venue should you choose. Please note that a Kananaskis Conservation Pass ($15 per day) is required for all vehicles. Carpooling is encouraged!

Will transportation shuttles be provided?

Answer

For the ceremony portion of the day, we ask you transport yourself to and from the venue. We will be providing a shuttle to the reception and later in the evening to get all guests back to their accommodation safely. Please see the accommodation and travel tab for details. Canmore also has a taxi services should you wish to access it. We recommend booking your taxi in advance.

Will you be having a cocktail hour?

Answer

At 5pm guests are requested back to the venue for the reception - cocktails and hors d'oeuvre's will be served prior to dinner. Please note the newlyweds will be joining this portion of the evening so we ask you are punctual in arriving at the venue for 5pm.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift — and truly all we ask for. If you feel inclined to give, we would gratefully welcome a contribution toward our honeymoon as we travel to Europe for the first time.
