When should I book my lodging?

Answer

We strongly encourage all of our guests to book their accommodations as soon as possible because this area is a popular summer travel destination. Your best best is to book your accommodations immediately before they all fill up!

Where is the best place to stay for the weekend?

Answer

There are numerous AirBnB's, VRBO's, B&B's, motels and hotels in the area! We hope to see many of you at the Catskill Seasons Inn, which is where the bride and groom will be staying. We suggest that guests coming with groups of friends or family book one large house or at one hotel/motel to expedite transportation on the day of the wedding.

What parts of the wedding will be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the Ceremony (mountaintop) and Cocktail Hour (Ski Lodge Deck) will be outdoors. Indoor seating for the Cocktail Hour and Dinner will be available.

What if I don't want to take the chairlift to the mountaintop?

Answer

No worries! An SUV will be available to take guests to/from the top of the mountain for the wedding ceremony. Please let us know if you would like car transportation so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot at the venue. Cars may be left overnight in the Plattekill Mountain parking lot, retrieved by Noon on Sunday.

Question

What time will the shuttles be running?

Answer

A shuttle will pick up guests from the Catskill Seasons Inn at 2:35pm and bring them to the venue. At the end of the night, a shuttle will pick up guests at the venue at 10:30pm and bring them back to the Catskill Seasons Inn. Please note that Ubers and taxis are not easily accessible in this area, so you should arrange your own transportation if you plan to take the shuttle back to the inn after the wedding.
