Looking to take a drive through the canyons? Guardsman Pass is a very beautiful drive that takes you from the salt lake valley up by the Solitude and Brighton Ski Resorts then down to Midway, where we will be getting married. Mirror Lake Highway is a classic Harrison and Elyce Summer Drive, we have camped there at least twice every summer! While you're up there you can walk around Mirror Lake or Hike Bald Mountain. We also love the Alpine Loop, this takes you by Sundance Mountain Resort and through the Wasatch Mountains where you can see the most beautiful view of Mt. Timpanogos!
The Classics/ Easy: Donut Falls Trail, Cecret Lake Trail, Lake Mary Trail, and Mirror Lake, Albion Basin (Wild Flowers, and Where we took our engagement photos) Moderate: Bald Mountain, Red Pine Lake, Dog lake Trail, and Lake Desolation (Elyce & Harrison's Favorite Hike to do together in the Fall) "It's not that Hard" - Harrison: Grandeur Peak East Trail, Mount Raymond, and Lake Blanche
No Name Saloon is a top favorite for Elyce and Harrison when visiting Park City. With its unique vibe, you can explore three distinct areas: the cozy downstairs, the second-floor bar with booths and tables, and the rooftop, where you can catch a game outdoors while enjoying the view at a high-top table. The Cabin holds a special place in Elyce and Harrison’s story—it was one of the first bars they visited together when they started hanging out. Relive their early memories by ordering a Rumple Mintz shot, their nostalgic favorite, and toast to their journey! The Spur is famous for its iconic long shotski and vibrant atmosphere. With great drinks, live music every night, and an unbeatable party vibe, it’s the perfect spot to let loose and have a memorable time!
In Park City, Harvest is one of Elyce's favorite spots for breakfast or brunch. The Pink Elephant on Main Street has great coffee. Mountain Wellness Kitchen is an excellent choice for fresh juice, *gluten-free*, and vegan pastries, and an Elyce Favorite!
The St. Regis Deer Valley is one of the most beautiful places to get lunch, ride the Gondola up to the patio and indulge in the most stunning views of Park City and Deer Valley.
