Can I wander around the venue?

Answer

There are many buildings, structures, varieties of farm equipment, fences, etc. on the Wood Ranch site which are not for exploring (including touching, climbing, entering). Please stay in the designated areas where the festivities are being held.

Will there be cows?

Answer

Gosh we wish, especially Henrietta (the bride's first orphan calf). She will be there in spirit at "The Watering Hole".

Can I take an Uber?

Answer

Yes! We just ask that if you plan to Uber home, please have someone drop you off or Uber to the Venue so cars are not left behind. We also ask that you schedule your Uber in advance since we are in Danville with less options.

What type of shoes should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see all the different cowboy boots! Again, no stiletto heals... for real. Lol

Is it inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception dining and the dance party will be inside.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

PLEASE DO! We love kids and we think they make everything even better! There might even be a little surprise for them at the event. We ask that you make sure you "RSVP" for them on the website. If they're under 2, they will not get their own seat.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Since this is a working ranch, carpooling is HIGHLY encouraged. Please follow signs for parking at the venue and be courteous to the people helping direct parking.

What time should I get to the venue?

Answer

We will be starting the ceremony at 4:00 PM sharp, so please try to arrive no later than 3:30 PM. This will allow you time to park, grab all of your items, and walk over to the Oak Grove to get a drink and be seated promptly for the fun to start! When you do arrive, please walk past the barn to the ceremony area/ Oak Grove.

Can I take pictures or videos?

Answer

We would love for you to take photos and share them on an album we will send out but please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony itself.
