When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can get an accurate headcount of guests. The deadline to RSVP is September 12th, 2022.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:30 PM. The ceremony will take place at the Wedding Gazebo.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?

We ask all our guests to please wear black tie attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of the event, only guests who have been specifically invited will be able to attend the wedding festivities.

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

This resort offers a family friendly section for anyone who wishes to bring their kids along. More information on kid activities can be found on their site https://www.finestresorts.com/cancun/finest-playa-mujeres/finest-for-kids/. Please note that adult rate is considered from age 13 years and over.

Do I have to stay at the Finest Resort in order to attend the wedding festivities?

Answer

Unfortunately, all guests who will be attending the wedding festivities will need to have a Finest Resort room reservation.

Is there transportation from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Round-trip transportation is included per room reservation. Please note airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays with a minimum of three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection official website or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option). Transportation Service (if included) must be programmed directly through Seasons Tours at transfers@seasonstours.com

What are the differences between the different room categories available when booking?

There are three main room categories: 1. Standard Junior rooms 2. Finest Club Junior Suites (upgraded experience for families. Refer to https://www.finestresorts.com/cancun/finest-playa-mujeres/finest-club/) 3. Excellence Club Junior Suites (upgraded experience for adults only. Refer to https://www.finestresorts.com/cancun/finest-playa-mujeres/excellence-club/) We recommend to all our adult-only guests to book an Excellence Club suite as it will give you access to a private beach area for adults-only but please book a room category based on your needs. What are the room occupancy limitations?

Answer

Maximum occupancy: - 2 adults at Excellence Club Suites / up to 3 adults on other room categories (excluding children and infants) - Adults rate is considered from age 13 years and over. - Children discount applies when sharing a room with 2 adults paying double rate. Childre are from 4-12 years. - 2 Infants (0-3 years) are allowed per room in double on top of max occupancy with NO EXTRA CHARGE, additional infant(s) will be accounted as children.

Which Promo Code do I use for booking?

Answer

Please use the promo code specific to your country of residence. Notes from the resort: The promo code rates are based on the country the guest comes from; therefore, it is required that information such as the ID and credit card match the guest's country of origin. Otherwise the charged rate will be modified according to country of origin and its corresponding applicable rate.

Is there a payment plan for room reservations? When will I be charged for the booking?

Answer

Unfortunately, there's no payment plan directly through the resort but payment will only be charged in full 30 days prior to your check-in date. No payment is necessary before that date in order to make a reservation. Please make sure to plan accordingly.

I have to unexpectedly cancel my booking. What is the cancellation policy?

Answer

The Finest Resort offers great flexibility when it comes to cancellations which is the reason why we encourage all our invited guests to book as soon as they can since rooms are subject to the resorts availability. If for any reason a certain guest is not able to attend any longer, they can cancel up to 24hrs before arrival. Cancellation details: For cancellations of direct bookings (Promo-code) received 24 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.

Are food and drinks included with the hotel stay?

Answer

Yes! This is an all-inclusive resort. An all-inclusive resort is a holiday resort that includes three meals daily, soft drinks, most alcoholic drinks, gratuities, and more.
