Has the reception venue changed?

Answer

YES!! Due to situations outside of our control, we had to change location. The date and time are still the same. Our new location is Hotel Quinta Real, La Ceiba

What is the best way of getting to La Ceiba?

Answer

There are many ways of getting into La Ceiba. It all depends on how much you spend on tickets and how fast you would like to arrive to the city. The two easiest/fastest airports to fly into are Juan Manuel Galvez International Airport and Ramon Villeda Morales International Airport, and then take a local flight into Goloson International Airport.

When searching for flights, I am putting my destination as La Ceiba, and I am either not getting any results or getting results that are too expensive. What do I do?

Answer

Do not put La Ceiba as your destination on the search engine for flights. Please choose Roatan, San Pedro Sula or Comayagua. You can catch a local flight from those airports.

Flying out of Miami ?

Answer

If you are flying out of Miami we recomend checking out volaris.com. This airline has some great prices for a direct flight from Miami (MIA) to San Pedro Sula (SAP). Then you can take a flight to La Ceiba a couple hours after landing. You don`t even need to exit the airport.

The Venue is located next to the Quinta Real Hotel.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel

Answer

There will be a shuttle to make it easier for our guests staying in the city center, the shuttle will take you to the church and back to Hotel Quinta Real where the reception is. More details will come.

What is the weather like in La Ceiba Feb/March?

Answer

In February La Ceiba generally has high temperatures with maximum daytime temperatures around 26°C, minimum nighttime temperatures around 20°C and high monthly rainfall. So on average the conditions are pleasant that month. But lets not forget about humidity ;)
