Maid of Honor
Juliane is Lina’s best friend back in Germany. They have been friends for almost 10 years and being on opposite sides of the world hasn’t changed that. Through regular texting and face time they are always up to date on each other’s lives and she is the 1st person Lina will call about anything. Juliane, “Juli”, is also currently engaged, and starting this next chapter of life together is honestly the best thing ever!
Best Man
Erik is Mike’s cousin and they grew up and went to school together. They have been best friends, more like brothers’, for many years and have gotten up to countless adventures (and mischief) together. Erik is married with 2 kids and his wife Diane and Lina have formed a close friendship as well.
Bridesmaid
Danica and Lina met in 2017 when Lina rented her first room in Canada from Danica’s parents. They ended up working together and became close friends. When Lina returned to Canada to stay permanently they ended up living together at Danica’s parents condo, and after living through Covid together they have become friends for life. Danica, or “Dani”, and Lina especially bonded over having the same hobbies and interest’s, and they love to take their dogs on adventures together (when Dani isn’t currently injured..).
Groomsman
Landon is Mike’s older brother and their relationship went from typical brother rivalries to being close friends in adulthood. With both owning their own business and building/ renovating their homes, they lend each other a helping hand whenever needed. Michael and Landon share the same interests, which results in having many discussions over anything mechanical or construction, while sipping on a cool craft beer or whiskey.
Bridesmaid
Dakota became one of Lina’s first friends in Canada when they met back in 2017, and they have been inseparable ever since. Dakota was the one introducing Michael and Lina, as her and Michael have been friends for over 10 years. Dakota & Groomsman Brendan have been together since before her and Lina met. Now they all meet up for countless game nights and enjoy their annual camping trips together.
Groomsman
Brendan and Mike met many years ago. They became close friends over the past few years, especially with Dakota and Lina planning many get together’s and trips. Brendan can always count on Michael to make sure his truck or boat run smooth, and they have bonded over things like wakeboarding and poking fun at their women.
