Please reference the group name at time of booking. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before June 1, 2023 (the “Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, the Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event period, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the group rate after this date. NO ROOM TRANSFER BY GUEST The Group agrees that neither the Group nor attendees of the Event nor any intermediary shall be permitted to assign any rights or obligations under this Group Sales Agreement, or to resell or otherwise transfer to persons not associated with the Group reservations for guestrooms, meeting rooms or any other facilities made pursuant to this Group Sales Agreement. PAYMENT POLICY 100% of the room total is due at time of booking by individual guests. GUEST ROOM CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY The hotel’s standard flexible cancellation policy is extended to the guests in this group. Cancellation/Refund policy is: - In the event of a guest room cancellation, 100% of the room total is refundable if canceled before July 11, 2023. - 30% of the room total is refundable if canceled before July 13, 2023. - 100% of the room total is non-refundable if canceled after July 13, 2023.
